Back to school isn't just a big change for children - it can be a big adjustment for pets too. 📚

As the summer holidays come to an end, our pets often have to get used to quieter homes, new routines and spending more time on their own.

To help them settle back into the school routine:
🐾 Gradually reintroduce time alone
🧩 Keep them busy with enrichment toys and puzzle feeders
🚶 Stick to regular walks and feeding times
💙 Make time for quality cuddles and play before and after school

Please be aware Beechwood Veterinary Hospital will be closed on Monday 31st August for the Summer Bank holiday.

Any orders for medication and food placed on Friday will not be available for collection until Tuesday 1st September.

If your pet neds urgent care when we are closed our dedicated out of hours team will be available (https://www.cvsvets.com/our-services/emergencies-out-of-hours).

Where they do not provide 24hr care themselves your vet is required to have an arranged relationship with an out of hours care provider. In ...
