💕 A little update for my lovely clients 💕

Tomorrow I’ll be working through my calendar and rearranging appointments following this week’s cancellations. Today is my final day of medication, and I’m so grateful for everyone’s patience, understanding and kind messages while I’ve been recovering. ❤️

Unfortunately, some appointments originally booked for next week may need to be moved back by a week to accommodate the clients who have had their appointments cancelled this week.

I feel this is the fairest way to manage things, as it means everyone is affected as equally as possible, rather than some clients being seen on time while others are left waiting an extra two weeks.

I am doing my absolute best to get everything back on track as quickly as possible, while ensuring things are handled fairly and equally for all my clients. I understand that rearrangements can be frustrating, and I never take changing appointments lightly. However, I am only human, and there are only so many hours in a day I am able to work. Any lack of understanding, disrespect or unreasonable behaviour towards me during this time will not be tolerated, and I will not hesitate to remove clients from my books if necessary. I will always do my best for my clients, and I expect that same respect and understanding in return. ❤️

Thank you again for bearing with me while I get everything back on track. As always I really do appreciate your support and understanding while I recover and catch up. 🐾💕
