✨ Just a little post to clear a few things up ✨

My books are currently full and the only time I am able to groom new dogs is if I have any remaining availability left over after booking in my regular customers.

I usually post any available appointments around the 1st–2nd week of each month for the following month’s slots which are open to all ✨ By this point all of my regular customers who are on my books will have had the opportunity to book their appointments in first. (I do recommended to have a few booked in advance especially if there is certain days/times you can do)

Unfortunately even if I have groomed your dog a couple of times before this does not automatically mean you are on my books. If I had the space to take everyone on I absolutely would! ❤️

I understand it’s not ideal, especially if you’re used to booking appointments well in advance. If a regular space becomes available in the future I can always add you onto my books. Until then it is simply a case of waiting for any available appointments to be released each month.

❌ July is now fully booked.

☀️ August (summer holidays) i have limited availability and my working days/times will be slightly different to fit around the girls being off school.

It’s always a bit hit and miss with a dog’s first groom 🙈you never really know how they’re going to react.

What’s important is knowing when a dog has reached their limit and when it’s time to stop even if that means not completing the groom that day.

I’m now working closely with his owner to make sure every visit is a positive and enjoyable experience for Ronnie. Building trust takes time, patience, and consistency♥️

I’m hopeful that by the end of the year he’ll be confidently jumping straight into the bath and enjoying his pamper sessions like a pro! 😅🐾🛁❤️

Im getting more dogs in recently with grass seeds 🌾

Unfortunately grass seeds are everywhere at this time of year!!
it’s important to regularly check your dog after walks especially between their toes and paw pads.

Dog owners may not realise how dangerous they can be
They are small, sharp and designed to travel. Once they attach to your dog’s fur they can work their way into the skin and continue to migrate through the body😳

If left untreated grass seeds can cause painful infections, abscesses, and may even require surgery to remove

🐶 Stay safe this summer and don’t forget to check those paws! 🌾
