Imagine getting a review like this when your staff went above and beyond to try to authorise a medication (not prescribed for the patient already)! They went to the trouble to get a copy of the consult recording (because the vet is on holiday) so that the patient didn’t have to wait any longer 🤷‍♀️

We have to stick to the UK law regarding prescribing medication

We cannot be held responsible if you have forgotten to sort something at your last appointment. We will always help if we can but sometimes our hands are tied 🐾

Staff have holidays which means we may need to take some time to check things out on the in clinic CCTV or call recordings from time to time. This can prove helpful for you 🤞🏻🎥 📞
We always welcome you to come in and review the cctv and phone call recordings 👍🏼

Nobody at DPC called anyone a liar 🤥 ❌
We just had to ask them make a review appointment for this patient to assess any pain & issue a prescription if appropriate. Pretty straightforward, routine vet medicine stuff 🤯

Thank you to those of you that understand laws and procedures must be followed as well as ensuring the patient gets the most appropriate medication 💚

This is why we choose animals 🤭
