💕 A little reminder to my lovely customers 💕

Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve had quite a few no-shows. I completely understand that life gets busy and we’re all only human, but please could I ask you to remember your appointments, or let me know as soon as possible if you can’t make it.

As a small business, every appointment really does matter. I’m currently around £300 down this month just from no-shows, which is a huge amount for me to find, especially as a single parent trying to run my business.

I’m not saying this to make anyone feel bad — I just wanted to explain how much a missed appointment can impact a small business. ❤️

SHES HOME !!!!

7PM Thursday night to around 12am Sunday morning she's been stuck down a rabbit hole. 🫪 I can resume normal life now she's home and safe. Thank you to all my clients for being understanding and supportive and to those who have come out to help. Honestly from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!
