Wagging Tails Dog Training - East Anglia

16/10/2026

Last Sunday we were very excited to welcome solicitor Trevor Cooper to Blo' Norton Village Hall for a Dog Law seminar.

In three hours he talked us through the laws that affect us dog owners and answered any questions we had. And despite it being about law, it wasn't boring at all as Trevor always makes it interesting and entertaining.

It was also lovely to see many members and friends that I haven't seen for a while. Thank everyone for joining the event and the great feedback we got about the talk. 🙂

If you haven't been able to make it last Sunday and you get the opportunity to see Trevor elsewhere, do go along. It really is worth your while.

DOG LAW TALK - don't forget to book your place!

We are hosting a talk about dog law in Blo' Norton Village Hall with Trevor Cooper, a solicitor specialising in everything dog law.

🔹What's the law around livestock?
🔹What's the law around wildlife?
🔹What happens if your neighbour complains about your dog barking excessively or vice-versa?
🔹Does the Dangerous Dogs Act apply to you and your dog even if your dog never bites (the answer is yes).
🔹 Do you know what Dog Control Orders are and do you have them in your area?
🔹 Does a dog on lead mean they are under control in the eyes of the law?
And so much more...

This is a talk that EVERY dog owner should attend, we are all affected by the laws that regulate dog ownership, what we can and can't do and what our rights and responsibilities are.

And those that have attended talks by solicitor Trevor Cooper before will know that he is not only extremely knowledgeable and explains things in an easy way, but he is also a very entertaining presenter.
So although it is about law, I can assure you it won't be boring.

The talk is just £30 and I promise you it will be worth every penny.

Circuit training is one of the hardest classes we do. There are six stations where the dogs practice their obedience exercises and two rest stations where they relax, recharge and practice doing nothing.

It's hard because all the dogs are working at the same time on the different stations and they are working almost all of the time, so it tests their mental endurance (and boy, do they get tired).

But it gives the dogs an opportunity to work on their skills at their individual level and they get to practice with lots of distractions going on around them.

Here is one of our Thursday classes this week on all the stations
