Wortham Boarding Kennels and Cattery benefits:
•Luxury purpose built and well maintained kennels and cattery
•All kennels and catteries have security corridors
•Food, insurance and heating (when necessary), walking and extra TLC are all included in our charge.
•We live on site and our kennels/cattery are never left unattended.
•We are fully insured and our 5* kennels/cattery is fully licensed and

inspected by the local authority.
•We have a purpose built reception (dogs and cats welcome inside). We ask our owners to drop off and pick up from reception. We do not allow customers to go down to the kennels as this is unnecessarily excites and stresses the other dogs.
•We also have a purpose built dog/cat kitchen, fully equipped with 2 washing machines, tumble dryer, sink with hot and cold water, a food preparation area, digital scales, and a large kennel plan white board for boarders info, etc.
•We also have cat and dog isolation facility.

Obviously animal welfare is priority at the moment. We are regularly hosing all roofs down to help lower temperature. Thankfully all the kennel runs remain shaded most of the day, till late evening. What we found works best is to shut all dogs inside for a few minutes while we dampen their concrete runs then let them back out. Works a treat, we do this multiple times through the day. Cats have shades, cool mats and cold towels, and chilled lick-e-lix. Everyone keeping hydrated and safe, and being regularly monitored.

It's a hot one today. Everyone is fine, kennels keep lovely and cool anyway, and the cattery has shades up and regular hosing of the roof. Some of the cats also have cool mats available and chilled lick-e-lix.

We’re excited to let you know that we’re introducing a new online booking system called KennelBooker. It will make it much easier to check availability, make bookings, and pay deposits — all at the press of a button.
