✨🤍🥳 SILKY PAWS TURNS 10!! 🥳🤍✨
A decade down the line 🥹 what started as a notepad with numerous business names and ideas scribbled down, turned out to be one of my biggest accomplishments in life ✨
I went from mobile van, to my first salon, and in theory should have settled there. But I had dreams and goals that I still wanted to achieve so I took some big risks, and I can’t imagine had I not had the guts to do that, the amount of people I may never have met and adventures i would never have been on!
Silky Paws has taken me to 4 different cities and even a different country 🌍 I have renovated countless spaces 😆 met some of the loveliest people, groomed more dogs than I could ever keep count of, and built something that 10 years later, is still thriving. And it’s all thanks to every single one of you who put your trust in me to do the best job ever with all your precious doggies 🥹🤍
Without being cliche, please don’t ever think you can’t do the things you dream of doing, because I literally started with nothing! Less than nothing actually I started with debt and zero borrowings, nothing!! 2 very supportive parents who let me move home and live rent free until I got up and running, and the willingness to graft my ass off 💖
Just me and my little soul dog Cooper, who is missed more than life every single day, I would’ve been lost without him by my side through all our crazy moves, he is the OG, the real boss and always will be. Along the way we recruited Odin & Daphne (and Steven 😆) and I now get to work from my humble little home with a new focus, and new direction taking me into the world of dog grooming comps ✨
Il leave it with one more cliche note…..trust yourself, don’t listen to negative opinions, your goals aren’t everyone else’s goals and nobody else needs to understand your choices but you 🙏
Ten years of thank you’s will never be enough, because without my clients, none of this would be possible 🤍✨🤍✨🤍
