With a lot of thought I unfortunately have made the decision for any appointments booked from October I will be taking a 50% deposit at the time of booking Thank you all so much for understanding. I will also try and let all my customers know when I can.

Just a polite reminder!!
This time of year I am getting a lot of people cancelling very last minute or not turning up for their appointments. Please be mindful that this is my business and I loose out on money when this happens. I do have a policy of full payment if cancelled less than 48 hrs or no shows.

Extreme hot weather this week!!
Please be mindful that this week is due to get extremely hot 🥵. If you have an appointment with me please DO NOT walk them to me! Also if you think your dog may struggle with the heat please rearrange your appointment. I do have an air con unit which I’m hoping will help enough for me to be able to carry on as normal. But your pets welfare will come first and if I feel it is too much for them we will need to stop the groom!!
