This seems to be a picture I’m seeing lately far to often can you see it?? No dog on the table no warning no message call to explain why you can’t make it! I’m an easy going person I understand when things happen and you can’t make it but even a text to say sorry so I can fill the appointment would be appreciated. I hardly ever charge for missed appointments but I think your get one shot and then you pay the bill in full if 48hrs notice isn’t given! I think that’s fair as I’m now sat waiting not getting paid and not enough time to get someone else in who wanted a sooner appointment!

What can I say about this gorgeous boy! He has been coming to DTails for years and then to me as I groomed him while I was there before moving next door. He was a lovely dog and I’m glad I got to see him last week as this was his last time to visit me, I got a message from his lovely mum to say he is no longer with us ☹️ this is always the sad part of this job getting to know these lovely dogs and their owners for this sad time I’m sorry and sad for his owners but he did live a long and lovely life I’m glad I was a part of it 😊
