Yesterday i met Ernie, 🐾🐾

his family are working through a behavior modification plan, Ernie is a lovely calm boy who has become anxious, his family have already tried to address it themselves buy watching and leaning from youtube videos with conflicting advise that is not aimed at their dog and is often aversive, leaving them all confused and without a dedicated plan.
Ernie is a superstar ! Let the work begin.

I recently started reading a book !
I read a lot of dog training books, this one cost me £3 in a charity shop, it was published in 2020.
This book discusses the virtues of pack leadership in training, something that is old school, de-bunked by the scientist who first mentioned / discovered this when he studied captive wolves, he debunked the evidence when studying non captive wolves who live very much like a family.

The book im reading suggests that eating before your dog is important in your home !
Im unable to continue the book, it is irritating my brain.

Large black rug 🐾🐾

AKA Diago AKA Gnasher is a Giant Schnauzer, not a couch potato or floofy pet !
Learning how to do nothing is doing something. He is working towards his Bronze Level assesment this month. He is a super boy but also a teenage Tw-T at times.
