I wondered why people were pointing and staring at my car when I was picking up my coffee... Turns out the dog guard isn't effective when I'm not in the car 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

I *think* I'm now up to date with replying to all enquiries and messages... If I've missed anyone, please remind me! Dog Club is back Friday 4th September at 12.30 in Garvestone & Thuxton Village Hall .

Dog Club is a fun, friendly and welcoming training club for dogs of all shapes, sizes and abilities.

Each course is tailored to the dogs attending, allowing us to focus on the skills they need most. Whether you're looking to improve loose lead walking, recall, confidence, focus, or everyday manners, exercises are adapted to help you and your dog achieve your individual goals.

As well as training, we encourage calm, appropriate socialisation and help dogs learn to work around one another in a positive, supportive environment.

Dog Club may also be suitable for some reactive dogs. If you're unsure whether the class is the right fit for your dog, just pop me a message and I'd be happy to chat through your dog's needs.

Between doing my undergrad and postgrad I did a Level 3 diploma with BIAZA (the association in charge of zoos in the UK) in zoo animal care. I was working in zoos at the time and I'm still a big zoo nerd. We have our own little menagerie of animals now and one of my special interests is breed/ species specific enrichment so all of our animals, big and small get their daily enrichment.

Round 1 of guess who the enrichment is for, this was someone's dinner last night... There's dried mealworms, butternut squash, cucumber and carrot in there and we closed up the egg carton so they had to get into it. A clue, it was for our smallest (although not youngest) household member 🐾
