Lovely Rhubarb 😍

19/10/2026

Hi everyone! I hate to moan but I need to address this particular point.

Over the past few weeks I have had several clients incredibly late for collection of their dog. Whilst I appreciate that things can sometimes crop up, I am finding some people are doing it regularly. Its not just 5 minutes but sometimes 45 minutes to over an hour. If people are late to collect, I have to put my next dog back or leave people waiting outside. It really does set my whole day back and on days where I have to collect my children from school/nursery it really is unacceptable that I have to arrange for other people to collect them.
Please make sure you are keeping an eye on your phone for me letting you know your dog is ready. Where possible I will give you a collection time.

Going forward I will be implementing a late collection fee of £10 per 30 minutes. Im not unreasonable and I dont expect you to teleport to me but id really appreciate people staying local and not forgetting I have their dog 🤦‍♀️

Thank you for understanding! 🫶

Hello 👋
Im SO behind on posting at the minute! Sorry guys 🤦‍♀️ im living in a cocker spaniel fever dream at the moment 🤣 if im not chasing around after a cocker puppy, im grooming them 😆 i love it! I really do appreciate you trusting me with your beloved dogs ❤️🥰
Ill be better at posting, I promise! I do have a Christmas spa package coming your way soon 🎄
I have been through my diary and remaining appointments for 2026 are scarce! Get in touch ASAP if you haven't got your appointments booked until the end of the year. Once they are gone, they are gone! This side of the year is always so busy for me as both my children have birthdays.
You'll also have noticed it may take me a few minutes longer to get to the door, thats because ill be chasing a puppy around to get her back to bed so please bare with 😬😆
See you all soon! 🥰

Thank you!
