The girls were in need of some relaxation today. We have been working hard. We are ment ro be out and about tonight but I opted for a nice massage for both of them to help them relax and recuperate. Wish I could have the same 🤣🫣

Just turn up and try....When you know that those dark mornings and dark nights will be knocking at the door soon...and training horses in the winter takes way more mental and physical focus..(mainly because they are all cray cray in the winter )....i don't bounce like I am 20 anymore...🤣 gota keep up with the younng team Rachel Jones !🤣 to me i feel better at my job when I am mentally and physically more on the ball. Makes me sharper, make me a better human to be around and I can do my job better for the horses.

Yesterday our clients lovley ponies had their BD Debut.

Queen Of The Night - owned by Emma Morson and Izzy was fabulous in her prelim and gained herself a lovley score. Very excited about her nbetween the boards, Izzy and i have worked had and she has answered every question.🥰....I think the highlight is when I see her owner Izzy (16 year old) coming together with her and loving it. Riding the horse of her dreams. Thats where the magic is 🥰

Ronaldo - Owned By Wendy Scott really was absolutely 💯. Being only his second time out in over 4 years as Ronnie is a carriage driving pony on a day to day basis but has come to us to strengthen his canter work. He was showing such great paces we though ah lets see what he thinks of dressage...he did not disappoint, also gaining a qualifying score. 🥰

Miss Dez..- well 🫣...lost her tiny rave mind in the prelim because she relised her friend was their ...mares they are to intelligent 🫣. But once Prissy left the venue we managed to complete her first novice test with another qualifying score. It was a bit tence but she can do all the moves with her eyes closed her brain just gets in the way a little. 🥰 note to self dezzi and prissy will never be aloud to go out together unless one is on the moon and one is on earth wearing earplugs and blind folded 🤣!

A good day and we were all very pleased at the beautiful equines ❤️❤️!!

Breo out in front confident, not always brave but trusting and keen, his earls pricked forward and game for the challenge. Finding his feet on the hill and learning his balance through the movment of his body...natural and free.

We Allow the horses to move, to use their thoracic sling for balance and to feel the different terrain under their feet, learning to hold them self's up and learn to get them self's out of trouble. To face a spook or something different, know that their rider is their as long as we have the forward everything else falls in to place.

What a lovley day at Perth Show. Our steeds were glorious.

Behaved impeccably.

Leo was a fab boy and was pulled in first before his individual. But due to him have a massive spooky at some sand on the ground 🤣. He was moved down. He rode lovley and tried his wee heart out as always. Love that boy!! 🥰 always gives his 💯.

Miss P was a superstar. Shining like a new penny. ✨️ she rode incredible and gave the ride judge a beautiful ride in both classes. I am so proud of this mare and the beautiful horse she. She gives us her all. The improvement in her her attitude and her strength has came on leaps and bounds. We are very greaful to have her in our life's ❤️

Then going on to take Reserve Champion of the section.

We are very pleased and on that lovley note decided to end the show season for both ponies. They have worked very hard. Now on to dressage for the autumn 🍂 months.
