Introducing the latest Puppy and Junior Classes 💚

Two weeks in class and already they are working nicely around their class mates; whilst remaining focused, and engaged with their owners.

Good dogs! 🤓

Last week in my adult dog training classes, we progressed our scent work out into the mill 🤓

We used the Scent ID work we had been practising to help our dogs find our belongings; using only the scent off our hands to work from.

Everyone did brilliantly, and all sets of keys /phones were found! 💚

7 month old Brodie practising some impulse control exercises 🤓

This is him sat nicely next to the dining table, imagine how big he'll be when he is fully grown!

Well done lovely lad 💚

Exciting news! ⭐️

Having completed and passed my APEL assessments in knowledge and understanding and practical application; and gained full membership of the APDT C.I.C - Association of Pet Dog Trainers ..

I am now really excited to be registered as an Animal Training Instructor with the ABTC (Animal Behaviour and Training Council).

Accreditation with both the APDT and ABTC ensures a high standard of knowledge, continued professional development and a commitment to kind, ethical and reward based training methods.

When your Mum is being super exciting but you just sit in front of her like the goodest boy ⭐️

Teaching our dogs to sit as they approach us (even when we are channelling our inner toddler), is a critical life skill and an incompatible behaviour to jumping up.

Well done to everyone in class who has been progressing this exercise this week 💚

Introducing the very lovely Dash 💚

His owner has recently brought him home from rescue and is really keen to improve his confidence and teach him that the world isn't as scary as he currently thinks it is.

A gentle soul, but super smart, he soon realised that training could be really good fun.

I can't wait to see the progress he has made next week 🤓

Nannas make the best chew holders!

This is HUGE for Charlie.

I could not be more proud of this lad and everything him and his family are achieving together.

Well done 💚

Back to work this week...

Looking forward to getting stuck in in classes, seeing brilliant progress with my 121 customers; and welcoming the new puppy and junior recruits.

See you soon everyone xx
