It's been such a strange summer with no grass and feeding hay out in the fields since June. Ground rock hard, not being able to canter out for months, can't help but feel the universe is against us having horses! With no real goals this summer, tragic loss of some VIPS ( very important ponies) on the yard, it's really hard to get motivated! I've had the pleasure of finding some lovely horses new homes this summer, and we've got some lovely new horses and owners in and are very thankful for you and your 4-legged besties keeping me going 😘.
Cantering today out on the stubble reminded me of the old times, really gave me that boost that I needed! Thanks rain! 😂

*** Meet Katkins ***

This absolute bundle of cuteness had her life saved by the wonderful Grace from and is now learning what life is like being ridden and hopefully will become the best kids pony 🩷🩷🩷

Last week she had her first ride with a friend and a hack round the stubble field. So far unphased. We ❤️ katkins!
