Thank you to everyone that turned up to our recent annual pet portrait competition!🐶

Here are a few words from LS Images Photography -Lesley Stewart. about the day...

"A beautiful bunch turned out for Gladwell’s Sandwich Stores Annual Dog Day. All dogs were on their best behaviour for their photographic sitting with no p*e p*e incidents to mention!

Spaniels had the largest turn out, then black Labs (3) then Bassetts with two, who are also distant cousins. First time breed was a rare Welsh one, a Sealyham Terrier. A wonderful wee guy, such a shame some breeds are struggling.

We had Spaniel family- mum, son and two daughters who were just lovely.
More girls than boys this time. Oldies on the day, black Lab Fenrir at 12, Bassett Matilda and JR/ Sausage Willow, who were full of beans.

Youngsters included Rhodiri the Terrier and Maple the long haired Dachshund, approx 13 weeks young, just beautiful and a joy to photograph. We had Hudson the Lab who we photographed last year as a pup, now a handsome adult.
Name wise two Embers and Roxy. Merry named after a hobbit, Ozzy, Grace and Bandit.

All our dogs went away happy with a Gladwell’s goodie bag, some bags even made it to the car! Thank you again to everyone who took the time to join us and good luck in the judging which will take place soon.

Always a pleasure, and if you missed us- See you next year!"
Lesley the Photographer.
