I haven’t posted in sooo long!! 🫣
I do apologise, I’ve just been so busy pampering all of your gorgeous pups but I promise I’ll be back on top form from now on!

Anyway, I couldn’t not share teeny tiny Tilly, who came in today for her groom.
She is honestly the absolute sweetest little girl!

Happy International dog day!🐾

I’m currently spending it dog sitting my dad’s dogs whilst he’s away! (The best picture we could get after spending 20+ minutes trying to get them all to sit next to each other which clearly wasn’t happening🤣)
Everyday I get the absolute privilege of spending my days doing what I love the most, making your pups look and feel their best!
I genuinely adore every dog who walks through the door and so grateful that this is my life!

Don’t forgot to give your pups a cuddle and kiss from me and make sure they’re spoilt rotten🫶🏼🐾

🐾Update🐾
I’m so beyond grateful for how busy my little salon has become, but because of this I’m no longer able to take on NEW weekend clients at the moment.

My priority is making sure my regular weekend clients can continue to book appointments, and weekends are now at the point where I’m struggling to fit everyone in.

I also currently don’t have any availability until the start of SEPTEMBER. If you’d like to guarantee your preferred appointment times, I’d really recommend booking multiple appointments in advance to avoid disappointment, especially if you like to stick to a regular grooming schedule.
I do have the odd cancellation that pops up now and again so feel free to leave your name and number and I can give you a call to squeeze you in!

I’m so sorry to say that I won’t be in the salon today. Unfortunately, my beautiful Stella passed away yesterday after 15 wonderful years being my best friend. I just need to take some time to be at home with my other pooches and process this loss.

Thank you all so much for your kindness, understanding, and patience during this difficult time. Unfortunately I won’t be on my work phone today but if you need anything please pop me a message and I’ll try and get back to you when I can.

My baby Yogi Bear🐻

Yogi came in for a much-needed de-shed, and just look at how much coat we managed to get out (he looks so proud🥲)

Fun fact – Yogi is actually my partner’s grandparents’ dog who travelled over 2 hours to bring him to see me!😅

A few years ago, when I worked at a rescue kennel, Yogi was one of the dogs there. I knew he needed a special home, so I told my partner’s grandparents all about him and now we couldn’t imagine life without him🤍

Ahhhhh!! I don’t think I’ll ever get over how cute Kiwi the Toy Poodle is!!🥲

It was honestly like having a teeny tiny version of Harry in the salon, and it took everything in me not to sneak her into my bag and take her home!😉😅

She was an absolute superstar for her first puppy groom. She was so well behaved, confident and relaxed throughout, which is a credit to her pawrents for all the work they’ve put into desensitising her to the grooming process at home!

The boys truly had the best time at The Dog Barn’s new play field🤩
So much enrichment for them to burn off some energy with (which was definitely needed🤣)
Safe to say they made the most out of every second,I now have 2 very tired boys!
Honestly if you’re looking for somewhere secure to let your dogs have a good run/play definitely take a visit!!
They even got treated to a pup cup afterwards🥰

Soppy post incoming🤣

One month today since Poodle Paws officially opened its doors at Heart of the Shires, and what a month it has been! 🤍

Here is just a tiny section of the month I have had and honestly have loved every single day🥰
There has never been a day where I have dreaded coming to work as I know I am always happily greeted by your beautiful babies🥲

I honestly cannot thank you all enough for the continued support, recommendations, kind messages, and lovely words I receive every single day. Every appointment booked, every comment, every share, and every bit of encouragement means more than you could ever know.

Whether you've been supporting me since the very beginning, have already visited the salon, or are still waiting for your appointment day to come around, I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

I've never been as happy as I am right now. Owning my own salon is everything and more than I dreamed it would be when I was a little girl, and I'm so grateful that I get to do what I love every single day.

Here's to the first month at Heart of the Shires, and to many more memories, wagging tails, and beautiful grooms to come. Thank you for being part of this journey!
