🍖 🥩 Raw Stock 🥩 🍖

It’s been endless deliveries today and the shop is FULL!

All of our raw offerings have been fully restocked including the beautiful Betsy’s and our best selling Naked Dog.

We have a variety of raw foods to meet everyone’s needs including pack sizes of 500g and 1kg, a huge variety of proteins including several different novel proteins, a mix of 80:20, 80:10:10 and freeflow/DIY as well as a variety of mincing grades (we know that matters!) to give you the choice of finely minced to coarse chunks.

A very friendly reminder…

We love meeting all your four legged besties, usually more than meeting the humans! And we love being able to welcome each and everyone of them through our doors no matter their size or breed.

What we don’t love is the loss of stock and damages caused by a very small minority of our four legged visitors, something that was in excess of £250 in one week.

We hate to be the bores, but if our six year old can control a German shepherd around a Deli full of goodies, I’m sure everyone else can keep their dogs under control whilst in store too.

Please don’t let your dog steal stock, damage stock by wrapping too long leads around it, or, the worst one, please please don’t let your dog urinate up stock items and stock fixtures.

We do have a designated space for dogs to be secured outside the store if you think your dog may be a little too excited or maybe can’t hold themselves whilst you are inside. Please utilise this area, or if you’re concerned we are more than happy to shop for you and bring everything to the door.

We absolutely understand that accidents happen, but some of these instances could have been avoided and had we been alerted to it at the time rectified very quickly.

We look forward to welcoming all of your very well behaved beauties going forward.

🎁 🎈 Happy Birthday Winston 🎈 🎁

On Monday we celebrated one of our youngest pack members birthday, Winston turned one!

Our absolutely crazy, lovable, curly haired Winny had a blast! All his favourite friends, the entire contents of the toy box and of course, extra treats! What more could a boy ask for!

Thank you for spending your special day with us Winston, we hope you enjoyed yourself!

On Wednesday we celebrated Bailey turning two!

Bailey has been with us since she was ‘just a baby’ as her mum would say! And she’s the most gentle and calm Labrador we’ve ever met!

We hope you enjoyed your birthday party Bailey!

In toys we have a selection from Kong as well as some well known characters from Minions and Paul Frank!

As we approach our ten year anniversary, we have chosen our next charity to support via monetary donations (spare change, raffles we run etc).

This year we have chosen Guide Dogs for the Blind, a charity close to our hearts due to Adam’s brother being blind and has recently been in receipt of his second guide dog. He has been chosen to be the face of their new TV advertisement ‘Life Unleashed’ along with his new guide dog. 🦮

The Guide Dogs Association is a special cause, they receive no funding through the government or lottery and do not means test, meaning anyone who could benefit from a guide dog can be considered. The dogs give their owners freedom to live life to its full, giving independence and the chance to experience life as others do.

Each dog from training to retirement age (around 10) costs the association £102,000 all of this money comes from donations made by the public.

Now more than ever, this charity needs our help. We have an official charity box on the counter, please feel free to donate anything you can.

🎂 🎈 Happy Birthday Freddie 🎈 🎂

Yesterday we celebrated Freddie turning 9!

As one of our older day care dogs, we did a very ‘Freddie Style’ party with his favourite treats and ALL the tennis balls out! (He’s still a spaniel!)

We’ve had endless deliveries this week which means the shop is brimming ready for the bank holiday weekend!

We’re fully stocked on our extremely popular Nurtured dry kibble, all our raw food brands have been topped up (including brand new Henley’s and a new flavour in our Betsy’s range), all dry goods including supplements have been replenished, Leucillin has been filled back up and the Dog Deli is bursting with over 75 different natural treats!

We’ve also got all of the brand new releases from Kong but we might need to have a reshuffle of the toy wall to fit them out!
