Thursday was a day of firsts.

Bruno, Caleb, Axel, and Crűze played on the fields off Marsh House Lane. Bruno had his first time playing off lead. Very proud of the little clown and how far he has come.

Next it was a walk at Witton Park for Muddy and (big) Bruno. Both a little too lively so after a run, we spent tome walking on lead, heeling and going through some basic obedience.

Bruno!

I usually wait until the end of the day and compile the days walks together. Today is different.

Bruno, the French Bulldog, came to me at first scared of his own shadow and so nervous of other dogs he defaulted to biting. Every. Single. Time.

I first worked him with Bear, and Bruno made several attempts at scaring Bear off taking chunks of loose fur out of his legs. Then the same with Tank (R.I.P)

Over the last months he's been taught how to walk on a loose lead, how to feel comfortable around a familiar group of dogs, and he's coming out of his shell evident by him now wanting to play with the others.

Wednesday! Wet again...

We start with Ember and Eevee at Witton Park. Socialisation was the aim and they both did well.

Then it was onto the group for Axel, Crűze, Korra, and Asher by Briggs Brook Waterfall.

Finally a solo walk for Remny. We worked on recall and breaking focus on other dogs. She did well.

Tuesday

2 walks today.

Walk 1 with Nelson and Bruno at Whitehall. Nelson was tied to my ankles but Bruno PLAYED!!!
Finally coming out of his shell.

Walk 2 with Sam, Rusty, Pandora and Bisto at the canal in Accrington. Bisto is starting to show the first signs of recall.

Monday

One walk today. Darwen Parkway Trail with Duke, Duchess, Caleb, and Ernie. Bella got a little too much attention but they had fun.

Last one there for a bit with the Parvo cases being reported.

Friday

3 walks, only 2 on camera as the rain deleted the third. (This keeps on happening, I wonder if they make mobile umbrellas)

Ember and Eevee start the day with a run around Higher Croft Brook. They found a Vespa! They didn't fancy a ride...

Then over to Oswalstwistle to take Caleb, Ernie, Korra, and Bisto on the canal. Bisto tried some recall, we'll keep working on it daft lad.

Finally, Muddy, Sam and Rusty at Fishmoor reservoir.

I shall try to avoid recording in the rain in future. 🙄

Thursday

We started with Nelson and Bruno having a trek up to th'tower. Need to make it a regular walk now as my legs struggled. 😅

Then onto the afternoon walk at Darwen Parkway Trail to play with Duke, Duchess, (the other) Bruno and Muddy.

Wednesday

We stayed on the moors today.

Ember and Eevee followed the three deer we saw towards Old Briggs Brook waterfall.

Later, Axel, Crűze, Korra and Asher took me along some of the moors trails towards the tower alongside the farmland.

Tuesday, with two walks full to capacity.

This morning we went for a group walk on the canal. I was joined by Nelson, Bruno, Caleb, Shadow, Duke, and Duchess. Back in time for Shadows little break away (pictures needed!)

Then the afternoon walk at Foxhill Bank Nature Reserve for Sam, Rusty, Axel, Crűze, Pandora, and Bisto.
