Unfortunately after 8 years of being with the same bank, they have decided to tell they no longer want card payments or transfers paid in due to it being a personal account. As a sole trader this is absolutely allowed, however they will close my account if the suspicious activity doesn’t stop 🤔 🙄

Moving forward until I find a new, more suitable bank account we will be going Cash only!

Thank you for understanding and I will update anyone that currently pays via transfer with my new account details in due course.

Please note we have temporarily closed our books. Due to the heat, having to change appointments and looking after our regular customers. It’s impossible to take on new customers at present.

If anyone is waiting for a reply, I will respond to you by the end of the week.

Moving forward, please ensure you book your dog in on the day of the current groom, or give us at least 6 weeks notice to book an appointment. We can no longer book last minute appointments unless we have cancellations.

Please be aware - Any dogs over the next few days will not be blow dried, it’s far too hot and dogs will be sent in damp. If Dogs that are being clipped, can I ask that they’re thoroughly brushed before hand. This is to avoid the dogs being the van for more time than necessary.
