All bookings will now require a deposit.

Unfortunately, I’ve had an increasing number of no shows and last minute cancellations. While I completely understand that things can happen, these missed appointments have a real impact on my business, my overheads, and importantly, my work/life balance.

A booking means that time is reserved specifically for your pup, and when an appointment is missed, that time cannot always be offered to someone else last minute.

Going forward, your appointment will only be confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Thank you to all of my lovely customers and pup's who continue to support my business it genuinely means the world.
