We are excited to announce that Hana Gunovska will be joining our referral team. She will make a wonderful addition to our growing service.
Hana Gunovska MVDr MRCVS has completed an ECVN-approved residency programme in Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery and is currently preparing for the European Diploma examination.
Originally from Slovakia, Hana graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice in 2012. Since graduation, she has worked in emergency practice, first-opinion and charity hospitals, as well as referral centres.
She gained valuable referral experience at Frank Pet Surgeons and ChesterGates Veterinary Specialists before completing her ECVN-approved residency in Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery at Dovecote Veterinary Hospital, UK.
Hana enjoys all aspects of neurology, with particular interests in neurosurgery and emergency neurological cases, and is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care.
Outside of work, Hana enjoys reading, travelling and hiking

Little Snoopy dressed up Smart for his follow up radiographs 6 weeks after having a TPLO. He's doing very well and will soon be back to running around.

Great to see Tooter making a recovery. He initially presented unable to move his back legs or feel pain. An MRI showed epidural empyema at T13/L1 and osteomyelitis of T13. He is improving on antibiotics and we hope he will make a full recovery. This highlights again why MRI is superior to CT for imaging the spine as this could have easily been missed on CT.

We’re delighted to share a lovely outcome for Hedi, who recently underwent surgery with us to remove a spinal tumour.
Hedi was treated by our specialist surgeon Jonathan Bell, an ECVS Diplomate, who performed the procedure with great care and expertise. Spinal surgery is always complex, and cases like this highlight the importance of advanced imaging, careful planning and specialist surgical experience.
Hedi has been an absolute star throughout her treatment, and it’s been a privilege to be part of her journey. We’d like to thank her owners for trusting us with her care, and for their kindness to the whole team.
We love being able to support patients like Hedi, and to work closely with referring vets to provide advanced care when it’s most needed. ,

Assessments are carried out by ECVS Diplomate **Jonathan Bell**, providing expert evaluation and advice for your pet’s health and comfort.
