💚 World Mental Health Day – 10th October 💚

Today is a reminder that mental health matters - and sometimes the simplest things can make a big difference. 🐾

🐶🐱 The benefits of having a pet 🐾

Our furry friends can bring so much more than cuddles! ❤️

✨ They can help reduce stress and anxiety
🐾 They provide companionship and help us feel less lonely
😊 They can lift our mood and bring joy to our day
🚶‍♀️ They encourage us to get outside and stay active
⏰ They give us routine and a sense of purpose
🤗 They offer comfort when we’re having a difficult day
💬 They can even help us connect with other people

Sometimes, a wagging tail, a gentle purr or simply having someone by your side is just what you need. 🥰

This World Mental Health Day, let’s remember to look after ourselves and each other - and give our four-legged friends an extra cuddle too! 💚🐾

Well… what a night! 🥂🎉

Our 20th Anniversary celebrations on Saturday certainly went off with a bang - and judging by the photos, the 1920s theme may have been optional, but that definitely didn’t stop people from dressing to impress! 🎩💃🕺

There was plenty of laughter, a few surprises, some very interesting announcements… and, of course, our competition winners were finally revealed! 🏆👀

Here are just a few snapshots from a fantastic evening.

But don’t worry… we’re not giving away all the secrets just yet! 🤫

Watch this space - all will be revealed in due course… 😉

🐾🌍 Happy World Animal Day! 🐶🐱🦁

Today, 4 October, we celebrate the incredible animals who share our planet and remind ourselves of our responsibility to protect and care for them. ❤️

Every animal deserves kindness, compassion, safety, and a life free from cruelty. Whether it’s adopting instead of buying, helping a stray, protecting wildlife, or simply treating animals with respect — every small action can make a difference. 🐾

🌱 Be their voice. Protect their home. Show them kindness.

Happy World Animal Day! 🐾💚
