No-Shows
Hi everyone ❤️
I’ve had a few no-shows and last-minute cancellations over the last couple of weeks, so I just wanted to put a little reminder out there.
I send appointment reminders 2 days before your groom, so if you know you’re not going to be able to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. It really is just common courtesy and gives me the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.
I’m very fortunate to be fully booked and working around 8 weeks ahead, which means I have a waiting list of dogs who are genuinely in need of a groom and would have happily taken these appointments.
Not only do I lose out on wages when someone doesn’t turn up, but I also lose the opportunity to give that appointment to someone else.
I completely understand that things happen, and I’m always more than happy to rearrange appointments when there’s a genuine reason. ❤️
Please remember that behind every appointment is a small business, and a missed appointment or late cancellation has an impact.
Thank you to all my lovely clients who are always respectful of my time and give plenty of notice when they need to rearrange. 🐾💕
