Over the last few months, we have had an increasing number of last minute cancellations. I will always try and accommodate any changes to bookings and I totally understand that things change. But at the last minute finding a family member to look after your cat, isn’t an excuse to cancel and not pay.

Wiith more than £900 of income lost since June due to last minute cancellations, I really can’t absorb this any more. Our terms and conditions state-
Cancellations within 14 days of the start of booking will incur full charge. Cancellations 15-28 days prior to the start of booking will incur 50% charge.
Failure to pay will result in further action being taken.

I have been quite lax about this in the past, but unfortunately, these terms will now be implemented.

I hate having to do it, but to have a unit sitting empty which I could have filled 10 times over, is just not viable for me, and isn’t fair on others who were desperate for a space.
