PLEASE READ BELOW 👇
We have finally switched over to our new system, 2 Left Paws Groom Hub! 🐾
This amazing diary system has actually been designed by my sister, Beanie, and it has been built specifically around everything we need as dog groomers. She literally designed the whole thing herself to work exactly how we need it!
Firstly… how cool is it that she didn't like our old diary system, so just went and designed her own?! 🤣 She's basically a genius!
The system has been in testing for months with family and friends, but like anything new, it may come with a few little teething problems along the way. So please bear with us and let us know if anything isn't working properly for you, and we'll get it sorted as quickly as possible. ❤️
📅 We will officially be using the new system from 1st October 2026.
The new system includes:
📱 Text & email appointment reminders
💻 An online customer portal
📆 The ability to check your appointments
❌ The ability to cancel appointments
🔄 The ability to rearrange appointments
And, most importantly… THE TEXT REMINDERS ARE BACK! 😂🙌
Hopefully this will save us from the approximately 10,000 "what time am I booked in?" messages and calls a week that we've had since our old text reminders disappeared! 🤣🤣
We genuinely don't mind you contacting us, but we're hoping the new system makes life much easier for everyone — especially as you can now check your appointments whenever you need to. ❤️
That said, we would still strongly recommend putting your appointments in your own diary/calendar. Technology is wonderful… right up until it decides it isn't. 😂 So please don't rely on the reminders completely. They are there as a courtesy, but ultimately it is still the customer's responsibility to remember their appointments.
📅 SEPTEMBER APPOINTMENTS
There will be a short overlap while we move between the two systems.
None of your September appointments will appear on the new system.
Please don't worry if you log into the new portal and can't see your September appointment — it is still booked! It will simply remain on our old system until the end of September.
🐶🐶 TWO DOGS BOOKED TOGETHER?
If you have two dogs booked with us and initially only receive a reminder for one of them, please don't panic! Both dogs are booked in. 😁
This was a little teething issue that appeared when we transferred everyone's appointments over, but it has already been fixed going forward.
We are so excited to finally have a system that has been designed by a groomer, for groomers, and we really hope you love it as much as we do!
