Our workshop might not be huge, but everything in it has a job. It’s not always the most glamorous BTS process (there’s a lot of fabric, boxes and creative chaos), but it means we can make thoughtfully, waste less and make the most of every inch.

We’ve looked at bigger spaces, but working in a way that’s purposeful has meant we can continue to do what we do from our little corner of the world.

The other day Instagram sent us an alert to tell us we’ve posted over 3000 times, that’s 3000 things we’ve thought of… our brains are empty 😂😂😂

Well… look who’s back.

It’s been a while since we did a proper Wildbarc round-up. In fact, the last one was way back at the end of 2024 we think... Oops.

As always, this isn’t a sales pitch or us trying to brag. We’re pretty modest when it comes to shouting about the good stuff, but we also think it’s important to celebrate the little milestones and the fun times. Because none of this would be possible without you ❤️

Our busiest month in the shop EVER! A whopping 718 of you wandered through the doors of our teeny little red shop in Crickhowell and took something home with you. 718!

The runaway favourite? Our Stick N Mix, designed and illustrated by Vern. Apparently, you’re all just as enthusiastic about sticking things to other things as we are. And it’s true that every sticker stuck a Verngle get’s his wings! Ok so yeah that’s weird, but so’s Vern.

Green Man festival revellers painted the streets in good green vibes! The town was absolutely buzzing! We met people from all over the world, heard some brilliant stories and had more genuinely lovely conversations than we can count.

One of our favourite things about having a shop is that people can simply wander in for a nose around and leave as friends. That means more to us than we can probably put into words.

Our Green Man tee was a sell out, disappearing in just a few days. We’re not going to lie, that one made us very happy especially with the last tee going to the Friday night Walled Garden headliner and onwards to its new home in New York! But don’t worry, Vern’s brain is already doing what Vern’s brain does best and filling up with new ideas. God help us all.

A new stockist! We welcomed Canine & Co - The Ultimate Dog Shop to the Wildbarc family, giving you another place to get your paws on our gear.

We welcomed our Barry to the team! He’s big! Noisy! Built like a tank! And has no idea how much work we have planned for him. Brace yourself Barry!

Wherever you wander, I wander too.

(Have I seen that somewhere before or am I officially a writer now 🤣)

Maybe that’s the best thing about having a dog, wherever life takes you, you never have to explore it alone.

The mountains and the rolling hills feel a little bigger, the quiet places a little more special, and even the hard climbs are worth it with four paws by your side (Plus with a trail line your dog can pull you up the hill 😜)

Here’s to getting lost, finding new places, following their lead and making memories together.

Because the world is a pretty wonderful place when you get to experience it with your best mate, don’t you think?

We’re basically the cool, fun auntie and uncle… 😎

When you come into our shop, we’ll let you jump up and eat treats off the counter. We’ll happily accept kisses to the face, and quite frankly, all the bad habits are allowed and encouraged. 👌

Side note: we’re talking about the dogs. Any humans attempting to lick our faces will be reported to the relevant authorities.

We want your dog to have the BEST experience every time they visit us. We want them to know that our shop is a place where they’re welcome, where the treats are plentiful and where they get to be the main character.

Because, let’s be honest… they are the main character.

You may have noticed that our Cobra buckle option on our jacquard collars has been sold out for what feels like FOREVER.

We’ve been waiting on our supplier, badgering them weekly and desperately hunting for alternative suppliers… but FINALLY, they’re back!

We’ve got a limited amount available, so if you’ve been waiting for one, now’s your chance.

A huge thank you to everyone who signed up for restock notifications, I’ve popped you all a message, thank you so much for your patience while we’ve been trying to get our hands on more.
