Just to make it absolutely clear, guys… my Dachshunds are STANDARD wire-haired Dachshunds, NOT miniatures! 🐶

He's a gorgeous boy looking for the right family to call his own. Please make sure you're looking for a standard Dachshund before enquiring, as they're not the same size as miniatures when fully grown. 🐾

🐾 A little reminder about vaccinations at Taylor Canine 🐾

We’re sometimes asked why our puppies leave us without their first vaccination.

Simply put, puppy vaccinations are not a legal requirement in the UK. What is legally required is that puppies are microchipped before they leave us.

We choose not to routinely vaccinate because vaccination protocols can vary between veterinary practices and across the country. Rather than giving a vaccination that may not fit with your chosen vet’s preferred schedule or vaccine brand, we leave this decision for each new owner to discuss with their own vet.

This isn’t about being anti-vaccination — it’s about allowing the new owner and their vet to decide what is appropriate for that individual puppy.

Every Taylor Canine puppy is vet checked and microchipped before going to their new home. ❤️🐾

Our final standard wire-haired Dachshund girl is unexpectedly available again, minus her holding deposit due to unforeseen circumstances. 💔

It’s honestly so frustrating, especially as I had so many enquiries from families looking for a girl, but sometimes things just don’t go to plan.

So, this very special little lady is now looking for her forever home. 🥰🤎

Our remaining little ones 🐾🤎

It’s crazy to think these pups are the exact same age, yet look at the difference! 😍 We currently have a couple of our bigger pups and smaller pups still looking for their forever families.

They’re all growing beautifully, each with their own little personalities, and are being raised with lots of love and attention. 🥰

🐾 DOTTIE’S LAST PUPPY HAS LEFT FOR HIS FOREVER HOME! 🐾❤️

Today we waved goodbye to the very last puppy from Dottie’s litter as he headed off to start his new adventure with his forever family. 🥹🏡

It’s always a little bittersweet saying goodbye, but we’re so excited for him and know he’s going to be incredibly loved. ❤️

Dottie blessed us with a huge litter, and after all his brothers and sisters found their families, he was the final little boy left — until today! 🐶

✨ Dottie’s litter is now officially SOLD! ✨

We do, however, still have other beautiful Standard Wire-Haired Dachshund puppies available from our other litter.
