New plants looking sad after a water change? That's normal. Live plants going through 'melt' in the first 1–2 weeks after planting isn't a sign you've killed them — it's the plant shedding leaves grown in different water/light conditions and pushing out fresh growth suited to your tank. Trim off the mushy bits, keep lighting and CO2/ferts consistent, and give it 2–3 weeks before you panic.
