This photo always makes me smile when it comes up in my memories each year on my phone.
My kids have grown up spending many hours in the field with the dogs with me and training and working them together.
The years go so quickly.
So many memories made of days out with the dogs together.

The stuff that makes me smile inside …..

When a client comes to you years ago for training with his dog and then they set off in to a life of exploring and adventures together. A life together that was 13 wonderful years.
After much heartache from sadly loosing that special dog it’s lovely to see a new partnership and love growing.

It’s wonderful to have this client in the field again as his new story unfolds.
Looking forward to seeing the life and stories of these two as they head in to the future years together 👌

He was was going off doing his own thing and not having the desire or knowledge to train together.

When the handler puts in the time and work and is willing.
It’s been trust and working together to get the right pieces of the puzzle put together.
The result is showing as we now have a happy dog enjoying himself and understanding what is being asked of him when training.

When Sundays are at their best.

The dogs were out training and learning about fur, feather and all sorts of weights and shapes in preparation for working in the field.

A pony that started out being sold from an auction as a foal, a little dog that started out living her life tied up under a van.
Both ending up coming to live with Ariel and share their life with the Rebelritsi gang.
It’s amazing what you can teach and how you can open up a world with dogs and animals through training and communication.

Having some fun whilst we get the basics in.
Making sure the foundations are in place. Seeing where everyone’s training is at and having a bit of fun with it.
Getting a dog to stay when asked whilst handlers moves or runs away and then getting a lovely speedy recall on command.

It was lovely to see everyone expanding their learning with their dogs in our Tuesday morning class.
We moved to a different area of landscape from our usual area for lessons. Allowing us to expanded the dogs and handlers learning.
It was lovely to see how far everyone has come in their training and how much the dogs were enjoying the work.
Making the most of the warm October and getting out and enjoying the time with the dogs.

When these two started training they joined in with the Gundog breeds.
At first there was no desire to retrieve and although they could do the obedience it was a challenge to retrieve and for both handler and dog it was a completely new way of training.
To see these two out in the field enjoying their Gundog training and achieving the same as the others in class was super to see.
Think outside the box !
