If you have visited Tommy Barker or seen us at events , many of you will recognise Jason , he is the other half to Heidi and dad to Kian & dog dad to Tommy .
In July Jason was diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer/ non Hodgkin’s lymphoma called Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia - it’s a treatable cancer but as yet there is no cure .
3 to 6 people in a million get it - Jason is now one of those .
Jason has started Chemotherapy and he is positive and upbeat - we are too busy to have time for a pity party and will get through this - like we do with humour and positivity.
We are currently navigating numerous appointments, treatment plans and care needs whilst still holding down our other jobs along side the boutique as Jason receives treatments and works he’s way forward back to health with Tommy dog staying firmly by his side ❤️
We please ask for your patience and understanding as the shop hours are reduced whilst we navigate a new normal .
