This is not a friendly post today.....I am not accepting customers not turning up for their appointments unless I get 24 to 48 hours or more notice.
Emergencies happen and that is acceptable.
A deposit system will be put in place.
I am running a small business,self employed etc.I can't afford for this to happen.
I am going to be increasing my prices soon too.7 years with barely any change in prices.I have tried to keep my prices down to help customers but everything has gone up in price and I'm the one selling myself short and not making ends meet.
Almost 40 years of experienced,hands on grooming.

Good afternoon to my friends and customers.As most of you know,my German shepherd Zenna hasn't been well and despite 14 months of specialists,vets,everything we could think of and do I had to make that heartwrenching decision to let her go.I need not tell you how I am feeling.Thank you to everyone that walked this stressful hard path with Zenna and I and for your care and constant prayers and well wishes.
Just so you know,I did not stop working,I have to work,there is no choice for self employed people.

I have been grooming dogs for just short of 39 years......there are days that challenge me to almost giving up,mostly seeing dogs not cared for like they should be,then there is the physical wear and tear on my body etc
Yesterday I met a dog named Piper who arrived in the UK on Sunday from a Bosnian rescue.She is the most amazing,gentle ,beautiful soul.I think the universe wanted me to meet her to help me keep going.A trusting soul that made it all worth it.So happy that this little girl found a wonderful forever home.
