🐾 What a difference a little patience makes! ❤️

🐾 From Fearful to Full of Beans! 🐾

We want to share a little story about these two beautiful Labradors — a mum and daughter duo who have come such a long way. ❤️🐶🐶

Both girls were unsocialised when they first came to stay, but Mum was particularly nervous. On the start of their first visit, we couldn’t get anywhere near her or get either of them out of their kennel.

We took things slowly and refused to push Mum, giving her the time and space she needed to feel comfortable. We even had the girls out loose rather than putting a lead on Mum, as we didn’t want to put any unnecessary pressure on her. ❤️

Sometimes, building trust means taking a step back and letting a dog come to you in their own time.

Then came their second stay… and what a difference! 🥹

Mum remembered us — and she remembered the patience, kindness and work we had put in during their first visit.

This time, we were able to get them both out, and instead of two nervous Labradors, we had two very happy and excited girls ready to enjoy their stay! 🐾🥰

Moments like this are exactly why we do what we do. Not every dog settles straight away, and that’s okay. We’ll always work at their pace, never force them, and celebrate every little step forward.

Look at those happy faces — what a transformation! ❤️🐾

🐾 A Week of Puppy Adventures! 🐾

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of looking after this gorgeous Husky puppy ‘Loki’ for a whole week! 🐺💙

There’s been plenty of exploring, sniffing, playing and, of course, lots of cuddles along the way. And this little one certainly made sure we knew they were here… 😂🎶

Let’s just say there has been A LOT of screaming and singing! Huskies do love to have their say, and this little chatterbox definitely had plenty to tell us! 🗣️🐺

Despite all the dramatic vocal performances, this gorgeous pup has settled in brilliantly and has kept us entertained all week with that cheeky personality. ❤️

🌿 Plenty of outdoor adventures
🐾 Lots of puppy playtime
🎶 Daily Husky concerts
❤️ Loads of love and attention
😴 Plenty of puppy naps after all that singing!

We’re going to miss this fluffy little chatterbox now he’s gone home!🥹🐾
