Donations can be left at the shop and are always welcome, they are collected regularly. Paws 🐾

Barbara saw our pet food Appeal and donated some money to purchase some dog food

In true Community style we headed to Paws Pet Cheylesmore to support our local small business.

Rich sold us dog food but also added his own donate too. Paws also are a local collection point for us if you weren't aware.

We are so thankful to both Barbara and Rich.

Support your community and support your local small businesses ❤️

🐾 SHOP LOCAL — SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SHOP 🐾

We all know times are tough at the moment, and most of us are watching where our money goes.

We know we can't always compete with the big chains on everything — but you might be surprised at just how competitive we are on many everyday essentials.

🌿 Natural dog treats
🐦 Wild bird seed
🌾 Hay & straw
🐕 Pet supplies
…and plenty more!

We're a small independent shop and we work hard to keep our prices competitive, while offering the friendly, personal service that comes with shopping locally.

So before you automatically head to the big chains or order online, pop in and see how our prices compare.

You don't have to spend more to support your local shop — if we can give you a good price, we'd love your business.

And once an independent local shop is gone, it's very difficult to bring it back.

❤️ USE US OR LOSE US.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support

🐦🌿 We’ve had a few customers asking about the recent advice around feeding garden birds during spring and summer.

Current advice is mainly focused on keeping feeding areas clean and reducing disease risk during warmer weather ☀️

If you do feed birds:
💧 Provide fresh water daily
🧼 Clean feeders regularly
🐦 Use multiple feeders to reduce overcrowding
🌻 Use good quality feed and avoid old or damp food

We also stock a range of wildlife-friendly flower, herb & vegetable seeds to help support birds naturally through insects, shelter and seed heads 🌸🌿

🪱 Mealworms
🥜 Wild bird food & sunflower hearts
🐦 Suet products & feeders
🌻 Wildlife-friendly seeds

Whether you feed birds, plant for wildlife, or both — every garden can help local nature 💚

Pop into Paws Pet Supplies, Daventry Road, Cheylesmore 😊

Many of our seeds can help attract insects, pollinators and provide natural food and shelter for birds too 🐝🦋🐦
