Love seeing photos of my clients living their best life after a groom! Buster the Maltipoo is looking very pleased with himself ❤️

Due to the heat I may be in touch to re-arrange some appointments over the next few days for the safety of the dogs and myself. If anyone has any questions/concerns please feel free to drop me a message!

A few more show updates from the last month! Pudding has had 4 Best Puppy in Breed wins at championship shows and is currently the top Scottish Terrier puppy 🥰 Gunner picked up a Reserve CC in Scotland 🥳 Unfortunately we totally forgot to take any photos of Gunner in Scotland so here’s one of my favourites of him taken by Anna Szabó ❤️

The other thing the dogs picked up in Scotland was TICKS 🤢 This is everyone’s annual reminder to check that the products you’re using cover ticks as some (such as Prinovox) do not. These ticks also seemed totally unbothered by Frontline Tri-Act so check with your vet which products are still effective against ticks if you’re in an area where ticks are likely to be a problem.

It’s good to be busy but I never got round to sharing some more Crufts results! The Scottish Terrier team also won Best Veteran in Breed and 1st in Limit Dog 🥳

We had some lovely critiques for all 3 dogs as well ❤️

It’s always exciting to see my clients achieve success at Crufts and a huge honour to be trusted to be on the other end of the lead.

Oaky (Eng/Am Ch Trakside Gabriel Oak) didn’t put a foot wrong at Crufts and won the Reserve Dog CC. That brings his show career total to 11 CCs, 11 RCCs and 4 Best of Breeds and he will now be enjoying a much deserved retirement. Congratulations to his owners Simon and Becky! Oaky was presented in loving memory of his breeder, Evelyn Boyce.

One naughty little Scottie puppy qualified for Crufts 2027 by winning her minor puppy class and best puppy b***h at the Scottish Terrier Breeders and Exhibitors Association championship show! Not bad considering she spent most of the day trying to play with her siblings or eat my dress 😂

Her more sensible travel companions also had a good day winning Limit Dog and Best Veteran in Show ❤️

Another amazing weekend for the Scotties - Reserve Best in Show, Best Veteran in Show and Best Puppy in Show at the North of England Scottish Terrier Club Open Show
