‼️🎄Good morning EW exhibitors and members 😁 Happy Wednesday!

➡️Breaking news on the Regional Banquet is that we are now nearly 2/3rds full and only have 45 spaces left and 2 weeks for you to book onto the meal!🍽🎂🍸

Don't miss out on this chance to get poshed up, celebrate with your friends and have a wonderful awards evening 🎉🎉🍸

Please submit your menu choices and payments asap - you can email choices if easier. Remember you are not booked onto until payment is received unless you spoken to Sarah about payment. All payments will need to be with us by 5th November when we need to pay for the booking :-)

We are halfway through October and less than two months to go so please think about getting your entries and meal bookings sorted for the EW Regional Show & Banquet being hosted on 12th & 13th December at NAEC Stoneleigh 🎉🎉🐈

We know some people have struggled with downloading and completing a form so can confirm you can email your menu choices direct to the club email [email protected]. Sarah is back from her birthday celebrations and busily processing those we have received recently.

Time is marching on and these dates are getting closer 😉

➡️ 5th November - banquet bookings close. Please remember you are not booked onto this until we have received your booking form AND payment. If your meal order isn't submitted and payment made by the deadline we can't order you any food and you will not be able to attend 🍽

➡️ 1st December - Regular price entries close. All entries after this will increase in price.

➡️ 5th December - show will officially close. We fully expect the hall to fill as we do have a space limit so dont leave your entries too late or you may find there is no space at the inn 🙈

‼️When entering please remember payment is due on entry including the £2 Regional Fund fee which is collected on behalf of the region and is paid directly to the region after the show. Any entries not paid within 48 hours of acceptance will incur a late charge‼️

Please keep our entry clerk Mark Norton nice and busy and any queries please email [email protected]. please be aware the show team all work and they will respond as soon as they can.

😊Thank you to all the exhibitors today who purchased the fancy sturdi clips from Sarah and helped raised cash towards the regional banquet - we are looking forward to making it special for everyone ❤️

If anyone fancied different colours or would like to commission beaded bars to add to your existing clips on your bags and cages please reach out to Sarah - she is busy making goodies for the Regional Show but can also take on commissions for Christmas presents etc. All proceeds go back into the clubs show account and go towards our shows 🎉🎉

A few people have asked where the banquet info is - it is in the OneDrive folder which you can get to by following the link on the show listing on TOES.

❄️ We still have some of our regional fund raiser sturdi charms available and you will be able to snaffle one (or a matching pair) tomorrow at ThamesTICA at special show prices ❄️

These are strong and durable key chain bars attached to genuine Sturdi clips which fit both carriers and show cages.

Price £10 each, £16 for 2 or £20 for 3 - a total bargain when you consider the clips alone retail at over £4 each!

Our Show Manager Sarah will also have the clubs card machine for anyone who would prefer to pay by card for their banquet booking or show entries. Some of you have asked and we are happy to oblige ❤️ A small transaction fee will apply.

❄️ EW Regional Update ❄️

Banquet entries are steadily coming in - remember we are limited to 120 people only and payment must be received by 5th November.

🙏Our thanks to TiCats & Cakes Felinology TICA and Jane Allen for sponsoring our judges meals. We still have one judge available for sponsoring - please contact Sarah Louise Walker or [email protected] if you would like to sponsor.🍾

Show entries are starting to come in. We are limited to 140 cats and 100 double spaces so dont leave it too late as there is a real risk of being shut out - last time we used this hall we were full to bursting ;-)

🍾AND WE ARE OPEN FOR ENTRIES 🎊🎉

We are hosting the EW Regional Show at NAEC Stoneleigh this year on 12th & 13th December 2026. The show and banquet are both at the venue and there is a hotel on site.

Super exciting for us is being able to bring over two judges who the UK have not seen since 2019. Carlos Lopez and Jorge Garnica will be joining us from Argentina and Mexico and they are really looking forward to seeing the UK exhibitors and their cats!
