🐴 IMPORTANT NOTICE – RIDING LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY 🐴
We would like to remind all our clients of our riding lesson booking and cancellation policy.
Unfortunately, we have seen an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, despite having a waiting list a mile long of people hoping to get a lesson. This means valuable lesson slots are being left empty that could have been offered to someone else.
📌 A £10 booking deposit will now be required for all NEW clients to secure their riding lesson booking.
📌 24 HOURS’ NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL LESSON CANCELLATIONS. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your lesson, the full lesson fee will still be payable.
We understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and we always appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. However, filling a single lesson slot at very short notice is extremely difficult, particularly when horses, staff and facilities have already been prepared for that booking.
Running a riding school comes with significant costs. We simply cannot afford to have lesson slots sitting empty due to late cancellations or missed appointments.
We have so many people waiting for the opportunity to ride, and giving proper notice allows us to offer those spaces to someone else who would love to be there. ❤️
We hope you understand that this policy is necessary to keep the yard running smoothly and ensure we can continue providing lessons and the very best care for our horses.
