Thank you to everyone who gave me their list for next year. 💚

All of the 2027 booking lists are now done.

If you haven’t received your confirmation, please check your portal. If you can’t access it for any reason, just message me and I can check it for you or send your appointments over manually.

From now on, regular clients can just book their next appointment when they come in, as usual. Please make sure you always have at least one appointment in the diary so you don’t lose your regular space.

Once all of my regular clients have at least one appointment booked for next year, I’ll have a clearer idea of what spaces, if any, may become available.

If you’ve already expressed an interest in becoming a regular client, you’re very welcome to get in touch. 🐾💚

❤️ A little appreciation post ❤️

I haven’t shared many before & afters lately, mainly because my diary is full and I haven’t had appointments to advertise — but I’m still very much here! So I thought it was time to show off just a few of my lovely regulars. 🐾

I’m incredibly fortunate to have clients who invest the time in keeping their pets looking and feeling their best. Thank you for trusting me with them and for keeping my diary full year after year.

I may not be the cheapest groomer, and I don’t aim to be. My prices reflect over 30 years of experience and expertise, high standards, professional quality products, a fully insured salon and one-to-one care. I work calmly and efficiently within each pet’s allocated appointment time and tailor their groom to their coat, their needs and your lifestyle.

All those little things matter too — nails, feet, ears, facials and finishing touches are part of the care I provide, with extras such as Emmi-pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning also available.

Sadly, I’ve said goodbye to some much-loved regulars recently. ❤️ My heart goes out to their families, and should they welcome another pet in the future, I will always try to prioritise the clients who have supported my salon over the years.

I’m currently running a waiting list. Once my regulars are booked into next year’s diary, I’ll know whether I have any spaces to offer. Any spaces will be for clients looking to maintain a regular grooming schedule.

Thank you for supporting my little business and trusting me with your pets. I never take it for granted. ❤️

Very sorry for the inconvenience but I can only take bank transfer at the moment. The card reader is broken! I will be finding a new replacement, but for now it’s bank transfer. Technology!!!

Hey everyone! 👋

I realised it’s been a little while since I last shared some before and after grooming photos, so I thought I’d post a few for you all to enjoy.

Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you to all of my wonderful customers for your continued support. I really do appreciate every one of you.

I hope you’re all keeping cool in this warm weather! ☀️ Please don’t worry about your dogs while they’re with me – the salon is fully air-conditioned throughout the summer, so it’s kept nice and comfortable. I’ve also been very happy to welcome all of the shorter summer trims recently to help keep everyone feeling cool and comfortable.

I also wanted to give you a little heads-up that there will be a small price increase. Your updated prices will be available to view in your client portal in due course. If you’ve joined me more recently, this won’t affect you as you’re already on the current pricing.

Although I don’t post on Facebook as often these days, I’m still very much here! The reason you don’t see as many updates is simply because I’m no longer taking on many new customers, I don’t want to draw attention and disappointment people.

The next appointments for regular clients rebooking are in September. I will be away a week in august as usual, so this slightly delays bookings. Anyone that hasn’t rebooked please remember that once you’re out of the diary, it’s very hard for me to get you back in. If you haven’t rebooked after your last appointment and have gone over 12 weeks or more you are removed from the system to allow for possible new client’s. I’m asked constantly for appointments and if you don’t keep up a regular schedule I can’t offer the level of service I’m used to giving, especially if your pet requires special handling.

To my caravanning clients :-

Thought I’d put this on here as I know many of my clients are caravners or have motorhomes. Unfortunately we lost our lovely Callie on Saturday. This was a site that we had planned to go with her and our other 2 dogs. It’s meant to be pet loving and friendly. They do not have a holding area if your late. They absolutely will not let you in, and I don’t want anyone to experience what we did. I have the pet grooming channel on YouTube, but I just set up a separate channel for “beyond the pet salon” for places and things we/I experience in our motorhome. I spoke to a few of you about and said I would share. The site information is in the description of the video. As you will see we were really looking forward to it and then bam 💥Saturday we got to another site and we got to spend some equally time with her.
