Yesterday I had 2 no shows, one is yet to reply to my messages, today im not well, cancelled Walks but came to groom cats as my cat appointments are like gold dust and I dont do many a month.
Today ive had another no show, again not answering calls or given a reason.
In total that's £113 ive lost, although deposits are taken, its so much money to lose.
If you cant make an appointment anywhere, please just call & let that person know thanks 🙂

Space tomorrow at 7pm for x2 welfare grooms

Welfare grooms are for matted, overweight or older dogs struggling in this heat

Walks are very much cancelled tomorrow.
Every year this will deeply upset one of my customers, but please remember its not because I want a day off to go to the beach, or a day off just because. Walking your dogs pays all of my insanely expensive bills.
It's not just heat, its the humidity too, dogs take much longer to cool down.

Walks are cancelled because I care about your dogs & their welfare end of story ❤️
