My little boy Dudley has had to face another IVDD surgery, less than a year after his last one. 💔🐾

Yesterday, he was taken into Dick White Referrals, where he stayed overnight to keep him comfortable. Today, he had an MRI before being taken into surgery.

With the added complications and increased risks due to his previous surgery, alongside the disc compressing against his spinal cord, it was an incredibly worrying time. Four hours later, I finally received the phone call to say that everything had gone well and my brave little boy was in recovery. 🤍

I honestly don’t know what I would have done without you, my little Did Dids. You are so much more than just a dog, and I wish I could take all of this away from you. You’ve been through so much, and all I want is to have you home where you belong.

We cannot wait to collect you on Saturday and begin your recovery journey in the comfort of your own home… AKA mine and Mummy’s bed! 🥹🤍

One step at a time my boy. You’ve got a long road ahead of you, but your Mummy’s, Nanny’s and Grandad’s who love you will be right here, every single step of the way.

Now it’s time to rest, heal and let us do all the worrying for you.
