Thank you everyone for understanding, clippers and blades are now fixed. I’ve been working extra late this week to catch up on appointments I had to move, therefore Facebook messages have fallen behind due to not enough hours in the day, I will try get around to all messages today but if I miss anyone over the next few days please drop me another message or text please and will get you booked in😊

Also I have 118 messages in fb I’m trying ma bst to keep ma clients sorter and people looking for some help , Also please be patient as I’m working Sunday,s !!! I’m trying ma best but with not having the scissor sharpening who only came back last week and the blade and clipper maintenance guy there’s only so much we can punch through , every one has to understand that we are not getting things done like won’t or what we used to x thank u for patience XX and two clippers have broke in last three week s x doing our best !

Hey I’m very sorry had a few problems and try to contact folks but have some one doing fb and I do call and text, pls text as when I’m working as a work alone , can’t always answer the phone as have a dog n bath or dryer don’t always hear 👂 text me on 07510936164 ,i will try to book u I n think this week ASAP , having problems with clippers and blades as the folk that usually maintain my blades and clippers have a four week waiting list and they usually come back that week I’m trying ma best to keep to my appointment s but things are not flowing like they usually do xx my apologies Shirley

It has been extremely busy these past couple of weeks, it’s been great to see all your lovely pooches looking gorgeous again after being left to get long during lockdown, been so busy that I’ve forgot to take many pictures but here is a couple all happy with their cuts

Just want to say thank you to all clients for being so understanding with these times, I’m working as much and as safely as possible therefore it’s taking me a bit longer to reply to messages. Hope you all understand and hope everyone is keeping well 😊

To all my customers
As many know I closed the shop just ahead of lockdown, with so many unknowns it was the safest thing to do. Now 6 weeks on and so many worried with their pets coats. I’m opening the shop back up keeping within the guidelines found, it will be a service primarily for dogs that are in desperate need of a groom with matting or due to the heat and needing their coat groomed. As I work myself this is easy to start back up keeping the shop disinfected between dogs therefore 1 household at a time. Please feel free to message or call me.

To keep this safe, I have now in place a protocol for myself and clients. As for owners dropping off their pet(s) I ask for you to keep your own lead and colar and in the shop I will use the ones I have which are regularly disinfected.
Hope everyone is managing through this new normal 😊
