Little Miss prickle came to us last night just before 10, thank you Peter for bringing her over, especially after a long day work. She looks like she’s had a little trim with something either possibly a mower or trimmer or even potentially some burnt prickles. However, that’s not her main problem, she is incredibly chesty and heavily wheezing, so she’s now on antibiotics and very regular nebulisers. She’s only just over 200 g so she’s this summer’s baby. She’s going a couple of grams overnight and is tucked up in her incubator. Paws crossed everyone. 💖🐾🦔

Welcome to little Conker who has just arrived on this wet blustery September evening. Found by the road through the day in Dunsop Bridge by the wonderful team at Forest of Bowland National Landscape thank you Hetty Donnelly and family for bringing Conker to us. Only 122g but good teeth, a baby so going gentle… he’s adorable (and starving) 😜
There is a squashed dead adult hog in the road near where Conker was found… not sure if it was a parent? We will never know. Hopefully Conker will be okay and thrive with us ☺️🦔💖

A happy ending 🦔🦔🦔🦔🦔🦔 amazing mother has VERY successfully raised 5 healthy babies, 4 boys and 1 girl…. Back to where they came from and cared for Fuzzy Peg Fostering thank you to my volunteers who have all helped raise these beautiful babies 🦔🦔🦔
