🕕 6pm: Oscar arrives needing urgent treatment.
🕛 Same night: Oscar walks out wagging his tail.
🩺There was quite a lot of veterinary work in between.
One of the reasons we opened Robinson Vets was to offer something that has become increasingly unusual: genuine continuity of care, even when things go wrong out of hours.
Our emergency patients are treated here by our own vet team, supported by our nurses and assistants. If they need to stay, they can be monitored here too. There’s no handover to a different clinic or unfamiliar team just because the clock has passed 6pm.
And from the outset, we’ve designed our out-of-hours service to offer excellent emergency care at fair, sensible prices.
We think that combination matters: excellent veterinary care, familiar people, continuity for the patient, and pricing that keeps emergency treatment accessible.
🐾 Oscar’s evening was a pretty good example of why we do this.
