NO SHOWS!!!

I have been back at work a week and already had 4 people not turn up for their appointment. This is nearly a days work for me, income lost. Reminders are sent a week before directly from my booking app, even when I am on holiday!!
Just a reminder, as per my T's&C's pinned to the top of this page, missing your appointment will require the full appointment to be paid for before any further bookings can go ahead. These appointments have been booked a couple of months in advance at least, so no excuse.
