Put your phone down for a while, get lost in a good book, try a new hobby or cook yourself something warm and nourishing. Make plans with a friend, find somewhere new to explore, or pop your coat on and take your dog on a soggy little adventure🐾
Then come home, have a warm shower or bath, get cosy and do something that makes you feel good.
