Important Update-
We have noticed across the past few weeks that we are still getting messages and followers on our old business account Reef To Rainforest and not so many new ones on this account.
We will be deactivating the Reef To Rainforest account very shortly, so please follow this account for any updates for the future. Thank you!

Afternoon all! Over the past week we have noticed an increase in customers coming to us after having been sold fish tanks and told that they can put fish in after 1-3 days. This information, although from a well-known name who should be trusted to provide the correct advice, is untrue and risks the health of the fish you will buy.

We wouldn’t usually post something like this, but we do not feel comfortable selling fish that are going to go into a new tank, and undoubtedly there have been others told the same information that we are unaware of.

We don’t like to see upset or disappointed customers when we inform them that their tank isn’t cycled and ready for fish, but even more than that, we don’t like to see upset or disappointed customers when their new fish die as a result of uncycled water. We are happy to explain the cycling process to anyone who wishes to know more, and we will never compromise a fish’s health for a sale!

Thank you all for your continued support!
