Bunny & Guinea Pig boarding in the heart of the Mendip Hills We have been bunny owners longer than we have been parents to our children!

When our last bunny Daisy (14) passed away on Christmas Eve 2024 we were heartbroken and made the decision not to adopt anymore bunnies. Fast forward 6 months and we are instead running a small pet boarding service so we can enjoy your pets instead! Nestled at the foot of the Mendip Hills our home-from-home boarding service is perfect for your small pet to relax whilst you holiday in knowledge they are in the safest hands.

How cute is Belle? Her owners are staying literally 2 minutes from us at Mendip Base Camp making her stay super convenient

She’s super sassy, she allows approximately 3 strokes before turning to nip you. Love a bunny that sets boundaries!!

🎉 I dont wish to alarm you but Oct 2026 & Feb 2027 Half Terms are Fully Booked!

A huge thank you to everyone who's already secured their space for October and February half term we're delighted to say both are now fully booked.

The good news? We still have plenty of availability for stays outside of the school holidays.

As the summer holidays get underway, we'd like to thank everyone who has chosen The Burrows to care for their rabbits and guinea pigs this year. 💛

We still have some availability remaining for summer stays, but several dates are now close to capacity, particularly during the busiest holiday periods.

Rabbits 7th - 19th August & 29th - 6th Sept
Guinea Pigs 7th August - 6th Sept

As a small, specialist boarding service, we keep our numbers limited so that every guest receives the individual care, attention, and daily monitoring they deserve. Once our spaces are filled, we simply can't take on any more bookings.

If you're planning to travel over the coming weeks and haven't yet arranged care for your furry family members, we'd love to help if we can.
