I’ve recently stocked up on some new treats for the gang 😋

When it comes to treats, it really matters to me knowing exactly what’s in them… After chatting with a few of my customers about their dogs’ diets, it’s clear that more & more of us are paying close attention to the nutrition we’re giving our pups.

These treats are from Millies Wolfheart and I’m looking forward to seeing what the doggos think of them!

🐾 Hot Weather Update 🐾

Please bear with us while we navigate this hot weather this week.

This morning, we managed to get a couple of our walks in by popping the dogs into our lovely air-conditioned car & heading down to the woods, where it’s nice and shady & they can enjoy a splash in the river 💦

For the rest of our dogs, we’ve been swapping walks for home visits, plenty of fuss, cuddles, toilet breaks and keeping them comfortable in the cooler parts of the day. Ozzie & Zak (pictured) certainly didn’t mind the extra attention! 🖤

As always, their wellbeing is my number one priority. In temperatures like these, walks aren’t always the safest option, and mental stimulation can be just as important as physical exercise. Puzzle toys, snuffle mats, lick mats, treat games & enrichment activities are fantastic ways to keep your dogs happy and engaged without risking overheating.

If you have any interactive toys or enrichment treats you’d like us to use during visits, please leave them out for us.

Can’t believe this was a couple of weeks ago already! 🤯

I had the absolute pleasure of looking after this handsome gentleman, Finn. At 4 years old, it was the very first time he’d ever been left with anyone other than his family, so it was a big adventure for him (and a privilege for me!).

Despite a very wet week back home, we still managed plenty of adventures with my dad, cheered on the runners at the Ironman Night Run & Bolton 70.3, and squeezed in lots of cuddles, treats & everything in between.

Safe to say Finn settled in brilliantly and completely stole our hearts 🥹🖤
