New Opportunity: Packaging Operator

GA Pet Food is looking for a Packaging Operator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, reliable, and ready to play an important part in preparing, labelling, and supporting orders for our Partners.

You’ll be involved in pre-assembling orders, printing labels, labelling bags, FLT and Flexi-truck driving, meeting KPIs, maintaining an organised workspace, and following strict Health and Food Safety requirements.

Role details:
Salary: £36,069 to £44,027 per annum
Shift pattern: Rotating 4-week / 28-day pattern, including 12-hour day and night shifts, with one full week off in every four weeks

You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including operating automated lines, collating pallets, picking cages, driving Powered Pallet Trucks, Fork Lift Trucks and Reach Truck vehicles, dispatching orders, data input, and helping to maintain high warehouse and health and safety standards.

Salary: £36,069 to £40,898 per annum
Shift pattern: Rotating 4-week / 28-day DuPont pattern, working 14 shifts in every 28-day period, including 12-hour day and night shifts, with one full week off in every four weeks
Location: Buckshaw Village, Chorley

We are looking for a Part Time Quality Assurance Assistant
You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are maintained across all departments, ensure that measuring equipment is calibrated and working correctly and validate that our lines are bacteria free before we start production. We are looking for someone with the ability to plan and organise their tasks and schedules to maintain a high level of food safety.
Role details:
Salary: £15,000-£18,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Shift pattern: 27 hours per week (the days can be flexible to suit the right candidate
