NEW ROLE!
We are looking for a Production Planning and Data Coordinator to join our GA Family.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing incoming queries to the planning department, documenting, maintaining and improving department processes and handling occasional requests. This role will strengthen the departments operational resilience, maintains continuity during absences and centralises ownership of key processes and day-to-day coordination, reducing inefficiency and risk.
Responsibilities:
• Ownership and management of shared inbox and incoming queries
• Acting as the first point of contact to occasional requests
• Cross-team coordination and routing of requests
• Providing cover across core activities during absence or peak periods
• Documenting and maintaining team processes
• Ensuring procedures and guidance are up to date
• Supporting knowledge sharing and consistency across the team
• Ownership of team training compliance
• Identifying inefficiencies and pain points
• Recommending practical improvements
• Supporting the implementation of process enhancements
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice
• Adherence to standards set out in the GA Way

Role details:
Salary: £34,281 per annum starting salary
Shift pattern: 45 hours per week. Specific hours can be discussed.

In this role, you’ll be involved in operating and monitoring cooking and extracting equipment, driving a forklift truck, setting up and working with machines within our state-of-the-art Meat Kitchen, stock taking, and helping to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation.

Salary: £36,069 to £45,136 per annum
Shift pattern: Rotating 4-week / 28-day pattern, working 14 shifts in every 28-day period, including 12-hour day and night shifts, with one full week off in every four weeks

You will be responsible for:
• Supervise, coach and develop the Amenities Hygiene team
• Conduct training and competency assessments for team members
• Planning of daily and weekly work schedules
• Management of HR matters within the team such as attendance and disciplinary
• Maintain hygiene standards across the company in line with GMP requirements and food safety standards
• Ensuring cleaning documentation is correct and up to date
• Investigate hygiene related issues and implement corrective actions
• Establish and monitor hygiene KPI’s
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Undertake projects to improve site presentation, hygiene systems, cleaning methods and equipment effectiveness
• Ensure reports are maintained

Role details:
Salary: £38,680 to £39,396 per annum
Shift pattern: 47.5 hours per week working 6:00-1600 Monday to Friday.
